Aniruddha is a goal-driven Structural Engineer with over 10+ years of experience in bridge design. He has undertaken both, a traditional engineering designer’s role and working with the contractor on design & build contracts. Aniruddha has extensively worked on Cable-Stayed Bridges, Cantilever Bridges, Precast-Segmental Bridges and Fly-overs. With Keen interest in A.I and Automation Aniruddha heads the Computational Design in IDEASSE.
PRAVIN AWALKONDE

​Pravin is an experienced structural design engineer with more than 9 years experience in the design field. During this period, he was involved in Planning, Preliminary Design, Detailed Engineering, Tendering, Approvals & Proof Checking of Designs and Drawings of various Bridge, Highway & Metro Engineering Projects. Pravin handles the design of Concrete bridges in IDEASSE .
MOKSHAN ABROL

Mokshan is an experienced structural engineer with more than 10 years of expertise in the analysis, design, and execution fields. During this period, he has been involved in preliminary and detailed design, pre-bid design and optimization, approvals, proof checking of detailed designs and drawings, including fabrication and shop drawings, as well as providing construction support for bridges, highways, and viaducts projects. Mokshan handles the design of Permanent and Temporary Steel Structures in IDEASSE
NAGESH CHAVAN
Partner & Head (BIM)
Nagesh has about 13 years of experience in drafting & detailing in AutoCAD, Revit 3D modelling, Preparing General layouts & RCC Structural drawings of Commercial buildings, Residential buildings, Metros and bridges in AutoCAD & Revit. Being a master of AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino + Grasshopper; Nagesh handles the BIM Department of IDEASSE.
